The shipping label of my order has been created, but it has not been updated. Why?

Usually, within 1 business day, the website will be updating the tracking info once the shipping carrier picked up the orders. Sometimes the driver of the shipping carrier does not scan all the packages in our warehouse when picking up the orders, which may cause delay. But don't worry, if your tracking does not see any update after 2 business days, please contact our customer service team at for support, we will help resolve your issue.
