By far one of the worse customer service encounters I have ever experienced. My fiancĂ© ordered me a kill Bill true katana. And I never received the item we ordered. He initially ordered it, and we received the wrong item. then when he tried to send it back and he was told I can keep the sword for their mistake and I would receive the correct item. Both items came and they still werenât correct. They are a horrible company and I wouldnât recommend them to anyone. Absolutely absurd customer service.

As other reviewers have said they are good replica and appropriate. The metal used isn't the greatest. To be fair for $300+ you pay for what you get. The set was a christmas set for a friend. They loved it dearly.
