The quality is superb. I love the sharpness of the blade and it matches the other 2 blade that are almost identical to one another. By far one of the best purchases i made thus far when it comes to collecting blades.

The blade itself is beautiful And it arrived pretty quick. The fittings feel solid, and the overall aesthetic is exactly what I was looking for. However, the main issue is with the scabbard. Unfortunately, it doesn’t fit properly; the sword shakes inside, and if pointed downward, it falls out on its own. With that said if the saya had been properly fitted, this would have been nearly perfect.

I purchased a full tang battle ready Damascus katana for myself. My selection is a simple design at nearly a thousand US dollars. That level of investment was based one two factors, positive rati gs of prior purchasers and my experience while living in Japan as a child. After several days of running the sword I bought two wazikaski and a tachi for my son and daughter (respectively) as heirloom items for them to pass onto future generations. r
All four are well build instruments. I am very happy to have found True Katana...and will likely buy more because of the craftsmanship (but do not expect to ever need another based of quality and performance of my initial purchase).

It's a masterpiece. The T10 is incredibly durable and sharp while looking nice too. The black/brown/gold color scheme is perfect. This dragonfly sword is genuinely something to behold.

I got this for my husband, and he was surprise and very amused. But loved it. The packing was great. I was a bit surprise that it was coming from China, nothing on the website said it was coming from there. Getting the sword out of the scabbard was difficult, until I figure out that it was covered in plastic. Nice way to protected, but also less chance of cutting yourself when taking it out. Overall good. I don't know much about quality, but unless you are real samurai and regularly goes on battle, this sword looks and feels great. The weight felt nice, my husband agreed also. He managed to wielded and move it around a bit and found the feel of it good for him. The price did not hurt either. I was expected to paid more for it.

The sword is fantastic. My only comment was that the image was of a cherry red sword scabbard and I received a mauve. Seems like an honest mistake and I wasn’t supper concerned with the color. That being said, the weapon slides out of its scabbard like butter and feels very solid. I read online that some buyers had complaints about stated length vs actual length, quality, and scabbard fit. The actual length was exactly as stated, the construction looks solid and there are no cheap vanity parts, and the scabbard absolutely matches the blade. My son was super excited and loves the piece. I definitely will buy from truekatana again

A very sharp and well-made wakizashi, especially for the money. The blade has been well-sharpened and cuts paper easily. The saya is attractive, not just your usual one-color paint. The habaki is fancier than the usual plain brass saya and continues the theme of the flower like the tsuba. Customer service went out of their way to ensure that I was pleased with my purchase.
